   HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A PROGRAM STARTED?
   Our commitment is to have a program up and running within two weeks from the date a contract with us is signed. If you need a start-up in a shorter time frame we will adjust to meet your needs.
   CAN I BE INVOLVED IN GUIDING THE PROGRAM?
   We encourage our clients to be involved in the development and the monitoring of their programs as much as they wish. Most tend to get involved in the development of the scripts, monitoring the results on a daily or weekly basis and participating in routine monitoring calls. However, we are very capable of putting the program together and delivering the results without much ongoing involvement from the client if they so choose.
   HOW DO YOU KNOW WHOM TO CALL?
   We can obtain lists of prospects to call on behalf of our clients based on the type and location of business that they are trying to reach. We also work with lists provided by our clients if they already have them. If our clients choose to have us obtain lists on their behalf, we pass on the costs without any mark-up.
