| Daily Lead/Contact Profile Information transmitted via fax or email in an easy to read Word document lead sheet and/or an ASCII file format (i.e., Excel, Text, Access, etc.) compatible with our client's database. |

| Detailed Weekly Progress Reports that include all of the information relating to the previous week's productivity and results (i.e., hours, dials, contacts and final dispositions). |

| A Lead Summary & Tracking Report is typically generated on a monthly basis or at project conclusion. This report is a summary of leads produced for that period and enables our clients to measure their ROI and follow up sales progress. |
