   Consistent communication with clients is essential to the success of any project. Motivational Marketing's standard operating procedure calls for every department and each staff member to adhere to a strict set of communication criteria and reporting mechanisms - both internally developed and customized to the individual program/client needs.
   Our standard reporting process includes:
   Daily Lead/Contact Profile Information transmitted via fax or email in an easy to read Word document lead sheet and/or an ASCII file format (i.e., Excel, Text, Access, etc.) compatible with our client's database.
   Detailed Weekly Progress Reports that include all of the information relating to the previous week's productivity and results (i.e., hours, dials, contacts and final dispositions).
   A Lead Summary & Tracking Report is typically generated on a monthly basis or at project conclusion. This report is a summary of leads produced for that period and enables our clients to measure their ROI and follow up sales progress.
