   Our management staff has over 75 years of collective experience in TeleServices Operations and Program Management. Each of them is dedicated to "going the extra mile" and providing the hands-on, personal touch every client program deserves. The same is true of our outstanding support personnel.
   We don't stop there. At Motivational Marketing we continually emphasize staff development and ongoing training practices. In addition to thorough training on each specific client project, each TeleServices Professional is required to go through a rigorous "Five Step Training Process." This program covers everything, from basic computer operations, practices and procedures to phone etiquette, communication skills and intensive role-play. Refresher training is key to the long-term success of our team; our TeleServices Professionals are required to take the course once a year.
