   CLIENT OBJECTIVE:
   A top nationwide mortgage corporation was using telemarketing as a piece of its marketing campaign. Not being able to find an adequate call center, it was utilizing multiple telemarketing houses to place outbound lead generation calls. The call centers were all low in numbers and had a hard time producing quality leads. The mortgage corporation was not closing a profitable amount of loans-there was more money going out than coming in.
